Static Delivery
Serve a static site from object storage and point a hostname at it.

- Create a site without naming a bucket and one is created for you
- Deployments are activated explicitly, so publishing is a decision rather than a side effect
- Deleting a site leaves its objects alone — the storage outlives the routing
