The CRM suite

Prospects, Outreach, Sales and Service — from the first list you build to the ticket you close, in one workspace with one set of owners and permissions.

What happens between them

Four separate tools can each do their own job. None of them can do this.

A positive reply opens a deal

When Outreach classifies a reply as positive, the deal is created, the email thread is attached to it, and the inbound reply is logged as activity — as one step, not three.

Sending updates the record

An outbound send from a campaign logs the activity against the lead or deal and can move it to the next stage.

An open ticket stops cold outbound

Suppression is derived across the suite. If someone has an open support ticket, or has unsubscribed, or their address has hard-bounced, Outreach will not mail them.

A prospect becomes a contact

Promotion from the prospect database into Contacts is one action, and an entire list can be exported into a campaign.

Threads find their record

Mail attaches to a person, organisation, lead or deal — explicitly when you say so, and automatically when the address is already known.
